A SENSE OF PLACE
Good coffee starts
with its roots.
Finca San José de las Nubes is a small, family-owned farm nestled in the cloud forest between Matagalpa and Jinotega, two of Nicaragua’s coffee-growing regions.
At around 1,200 meters, we grow Caturra, red and yellow Catuai, and Maragojipe. Managed shade lets the cherries ripen slowly, developing the fragrance, aroma, body, and acidity that give our coffee its character.
